Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• European Union: 4–7 business days — €9.95 flat rate

• United Kingdom: 5–8 business days — €12.95 flat rate

• USA & Canada: 7–12 business days — €19.95 flat rate

• Rest of the World: 10–15 business days — €24.95 flat rate

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Mossara Farms is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mossarafarms.store. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
